【摘要】:ThisclauseofPart1isreplacedbythefollowing.ThisInternationalStandarddealswiththesafetyofelectricspinextractorsforhouseholdandsimilarpurposesthathaveacapacitynotexceeding10kgofdryclothandadrumperipheralspeednotexceeding50m/s,theirratedvoltagesbeingnotmorethan250Vforsingle-phaseappliancesand480Vforotherappliances.NOTE101Spinextractorsincorporatedinwashingmachinesthathaveseparatecontainersforwashingandspinextractionarewithinthescopeofthisstandard.Appliancesnotintendedfornormalhouseholdusebutwhichneverthelessmaybeasourceofdangertothepublic,suchasappliancesintendedtobeusedbylaymeninshops,inlightindustryandonfarms,arewithinthescopeofthisstandard.NOTE102Examplesofsuchappliancesarespinextractorsforcommunaluseinblocksofflatsorinlaunderettes.Asfarasispracticable,thisstandarddealswiththecommonhazardspresentedbyapplianceswhichareencounteredbyallpersonsinandaroundthehome.However,ingeneral,itdoesnottakeintoaccount–theuseofappliancesbyyoungchildrenorinfirmpersonswithoutsupervision;–playingwiththeappliancebyyoungchildren.
