【摘要】:ThisEuropeanStandardcontainstherelevantfunctionalrequirementsforgaspressureregulatingstations,whichformpartofgastransmissionordistributionsystems.Itisapplicabletothedesign,materials,construction,testing,operationandmaintenanceofgaspressureregulatingstations.ThisEuropeanStandarddoesnotapplytogaspressureregulatingstationscommissionedpriortothepublicationofthisstandard.ThestationscoveredbythisEuropeanStandardhaveamaximumupstreamoperatingpressurewhichdoesnotexceed100bar.Forhighermaximumupstreamoperatingpressuresthisstandardshouldbeusedasaguideline.Iftheinletpipeworkofthestationisaservicelineandthemaximumupstreamoperatingpressuredoesnotexceed16barandthedesignflowrateisequaltoorlessthan200m3/hundernormalconditions,EN12279applies.BasicsystemrequirementsforgaspressureregulatingstationsarecontainedinthisEuropeanStandard.Requirementsforindividualcomponents(valves,regulators,safetydevices,pipes,etc.)orinstallationofthecomponentsarecontainedintheappropriateEuropeanStandards.Forcombinedregulatingandmeasuringstations,theadditionalrequirementsofEN1776canapply.TherequirementsinthisEuropeanstandarddonotapplytothedesignandconstructionofauxiliaryfacilitiessuchassampling,calorimetering,odorisationsystemsanddensitymeasuring.ThesefacilitiesarecoveredbytheappropriateEuropeanStandards,whereexisting,orotherrelevantstandards.TherequirementsofthisEuropeanstandardarebasedongoodgasengineeringpracticeunderconditionsnormallyencounteredinthegasindustry.Requirementsforunusualconditionscannotbespecificallyprovidedfor,norareallengineeringandconstructiondetailsprescribed.TherequirementsinthisEuropeanstandardarebasedonthephysicalandchemicaldataofgaseousfuelsinaccordancewithtable1ofEN437:1993forfirstandsecondfamilygases.Additionalrequirementsinthecaseofgaseousfuelsheavierthanairareand/orsourgasesarenotcoveredbythisEuropeanStandard.TheobjectiveofthisEuropeanstandardistoensurethesafeoperationofsuchstations.Thisdoesnot,however,relieveallconcernedoftheresponsibilityfortakingthenecessarycareandapplyingeffectivequalitymanagementduringthedesign,constructionandoperation.ThisEuropeanStandardspecifiescommonbasicprinciplesforgassupplysystems.UsersofthisEuropeanStandardshouldbeawarethatmoredetailednationalstandardsand/orcodesofpracticecanexistintheCENmembercountries.ThisEuropeanStandardisintendedtobeappliedinassociationwiththesenationalstandardsand/orcodesofpracticesettingouttheabovementionedprinciples.Intheeventofconflictsintermsofmorerestrictiverequirementsinnationallegislation/regulationwiththerequirementsofthisstandard,thenationallegislation/regulationshalltakeprecedence.
